What Is Brahm Gyan Meditation?

Brahm Gyan translates literally as "Divine Knowledge," or knowledge of the Self. It's not a belief system or a philosophy to study from the outside — it's an experiential meditation technique, passed down through generations, designed to reconnect a person directly with their own soul, beyond the noise of the mind and the identity of the body.

The premise is simple, even if the practice is deep: what we spend our lives searching for outside of ourselves — peace, fulfillment, meaning — has always existed within. Brahm Gyan is a direct method for experiencing that truth firsthand, rather than simply hearing about it.

At All Things Veda, we offer an 8-week gathering that prepares participants for Brahm Gyan meditation. It's a gradual process — not a weekend workshop — because reconnecting with something this fundamental takes steady, guided practice. An interview with Sadhviji is part of entry into each cohort, to make sure the timing and fit are right for you.

If you feel a pull toward this path, we'd love to have a conversation. Sign up to be notified when the next cohort begins.
