No musical experience or background in chanting is needed — simply come with an open heart and willingness to listen, sing, and receive.

Let your parasympathetic nervous system take over as you are guided into restorative yoga postures, supported by props, to receive massage all around the body.
Warning: you will be so relaxed, you won't want to get off your mat and go home but you will leave with a deep sense of presence in your body and some relief from any tension that you arrive with.
