Not at all. Our classes are designed to welcome complete beginners. Our teachers offer modifications for every pose so you can move at your own pace, whatever your starting point.
Flexibility is not a prerequisite — it's a result. You don't need to touch your toes to start yoga. In fact, the less flexible you are, the more you'll notice the transformation. Bring the body you have today.
Even one class a week creates meaningful change. Most of our students find that 2–3 sessions per week is the sweet spot for building a sustainable practice. Classes run 60 minutes and fit easily into a lunch break or evening.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. We have mats and all props available. Just bring water, an open mind, and yourself. Feel free to bring your own mat.
